Rotating rosters, long work hours, lengthy commuting time and poor lifestyle habits can all lead to fatigue. CBI’s Energy Boost program addresses these issues, which can adversely affect an employee’s performance, in a fun and practical group based learning environment.

Energy Boost is designed to measure improvements to employee’s lifestyle habits, energy levels and symptoms of fatigue. This program comprises of regular one hour workshops with an evaluation questionnaire completed pre and post program. Each session takes a practical look at the components of fatigue prevention and how individuals can boost their energy levels by providing their body with the right fuel and ongoing maintenance.

The main areas addressed in the program include:

  • minimising fatigue through healthy habits and good worklife balance
  • individual behaviour change and proactive approach to risk
  • understanding what you can do for yourself to reduce the severity of fatigue

Assistance can also be provided to your company around policy change in relation to fatigue management.
