Site Needs Analysis

The CBI best practice model for health promotion is designed to ensure the service we deliver meets the unique needs of your workforce. A site needs analysis is an extremely useful tool to determine the requirements of your health program.

Assessing your sites needs

By conducting a site needs analysis prior to commencing any given health and wellness program we are able to identify the key areas of risk for your workforce, and address these exact needs with the initiative we implement.

Our needs analysis takes on a multi-factorial approach, addressing aspects of organisational structure, physical environment and individual behaviours. The site needs analysis is often teamed with staff health assessments. The needs analysis can include:

  • a staff survey
  • review of policy and procedure relating to health and wellbeing
  • consultation with key stake holders
  • review of systems and processes
  • review of past health and wellbeing promotions/programs
  • where applicable analysis of menu, gym usage and benefits uptake

The information gathered provides direction to health promotion programs. On completion of the analysis you will receive a written report outlining the findings of the analysis combined with recommendations specific to your worksite. In general the site needs analysis is conducted by a senior member of the team with at least 5 years experience, while reporting and recommendations are carried out by team members with at least 10 years experience in Corporate Health and Wellbeing.
