Food Service Review

With the advent of fly in fly out work and the expansion of various projects in regional areas, onsite dining is becoming more prevalent. Ensuring the provision of a safe and nutritious food supply for workers is essential.

University Qualified Dietitians

Foodservice catering has not always been known for its appeal and nutrition. However CBI’s dietitians can provide a Foodservice Review to ensure safe, nutritious and enjoyable food which caters for a variety of tastes.  Wether supplying meals to thousands of workers each day or offering a small staff cafeteria it is essential that healthy choices are provided.

The Foodservice Review includes:

  • an audit ( which assesses the systems associated with food provision)
  • menu and recipe evaluation
  • a customer preference survey
  • audit reporting with recommendations.

The results are compiled into a report and recommendations are provided to help enhance the dining experience at your worksite. These recommendations may include recipe modification, changes to menu, healthy choice labeling systems, alternative supply sources and ways to improve the customer experience at meals times. The CBI dietitians can work with your foodservice contractor to help facilitate recommended changes.

In addition, CBI provides dining hall resources as a gentle reminder to encourage and assist employees to make healthy choices and improve food knowledge and awareness.
